Charles E. Gibson

Charles E. Gibson was born in 1916 and died in 1997. He lived in London for most of his life. During the Second World War he served in the Royal Navy, ultimately as a first-lieutenant on destroyers and minesweepers. After the War he became a teacher and writer. His wife, Claudia, is one of Richard Lowers descendants.
